Our commitment

Trailies LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.

What we do

  • Design and build with semantic HTML, clear headings, and labels so screen readers can navigate the site in a logical order.
  • Maintain visible keyboard focus and support full keyboard navigation, so the site can be used without a mouse.
  • Aim for text and interface color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA, and never rely on color alone to convey meaning.
  • Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and captions or transcripts where appropriate.
  • Respect the operating-system “reduce motion” setting, softening or removing animation for people who prefer less movement.
  • Review the site with automated tools and manual checks, and remediate the issues we find as part of our ongoing work.

Conformance status

The WCAG 2.1 guidelines have three levels: A, AA, and AAA. Trailies aims to be conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Conformant" means the content fully meets the standard; "partially conformant" means some content may not yet fully meet it.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification. Some content or third-party components (for example, embedded payment fields or media players) may not be fully under our control, and we work with those providers to improve where we can. If you find something that isn't working for you, please tell us using the details below and we will help and work to fix it.

Feedback and help

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Trailies. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or would like to request a reasonable accommodation, please contact us:

  • Email support@trailies.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line.
  • Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you can. It helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and to provide a reasonable accommodation or an accessible alternative wherever feasible.

Formal complaints

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by emailing support@trailies.com and asking that your message be reviewed by a member of our team. We take these concerns seriously and will work with you in good faith toward a resolution.
