Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Trailies LLC ("Trailies," "we," "us") sells tools that support family emotional wellness. Our products are educational, not medical, and we do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or treatment information. However, Washington and Nevada law define "consumer health data" broadly: information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status can qualify, and a purchase or browsing history that relates to emotional-wellness products could be read to reveal a health concern. This policy explains how we handle that category of data for Washington and Nevada residents, in addition to (not instead of) our general Privacy Policy.

We collect only the following categories that could be considered consumer health data, in each case collected directly from you or from your device when you use our websites:

• Purchase information for our emotional-wellness products (which products you bought, when, and for how much), collected from your orders.
• Browsing and cart activity on our websites (pages and products viewed, items added to a cart), collected through cookies and similar technologies described in our Privacy Policy.
• Information you volunteer in reviews, support messages, or optional personalization fields (for example, a child's first name and age entered by a parent for Life School personalization).

We do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation for health purposes, medical records, or diagnoses, and we do not attempt to infer health conditions about you or your children.

• To provide the products and services you request (order processing, delivery, digital access, customer support);
• To send transactional messages about your orders and account;
• With your consent or subject to your opt-out choices, to measure and improve our marketing (see the next section); and
• To meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.

We do not use consumer health data for any purpose that is not disclosed here or in our Privacy Policy.

• Service providers acting on our behalf under contract: payment processing (Stripe), order fulfillment and shipping, email delivery, cloud hosting and databases, and customer support tooling. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest) may receive purchase and browsing events, including the product involved, for measurement and advertising, only subject to your choices: these tags are consent-gated where law requires consent, and you can turn them off for your browser at any time using the Your Privacy Choices control or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor. Where Washington or Nevada law requires separate consent before such sharing, we do not share without it.
• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, and business transfers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we will never sell it without the separate, signed authorization those laws require. We do not share children's information for advertising.

• Right to know and access: confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data about you, access that data, and receive a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it.
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you gave for collection or sharing, at any time, using the contact below or the Your Privacy Choices control.
• Right to delete: have your consumer health data deleted, including from our backups and from the processors acting for us, within the timelines the law sets.
• No discrimination: we will not deny you products or charge you differently for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email support@trailies.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request" and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your request using the email associated with your purchase or account and respond within the time required by law. If we deny your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line; we will respond to appeals within the statutory window. Washington residents who are unsatisfied after an appeal may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
